At Alltwalis Hall, we strive to provide excellent service to all our visitors and event organisers. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for ticket purchases and venue hire. This policy complies with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the GDPR, and other relevant laws.

 

1. Ticket Refunds

1.1 Cancellation by the Customer

  • If you wish to cancel your ticket, you must notify us at least 14 days before the event to be eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the event are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply (e.g., medical emergencies, bereavement, etc.).

  • No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

1.2 Cancellation by Alltwalis Hall

  • If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by us, ticket holders will be offered the choice of a full refund or a transfer to an alternative event (if available).

  • If an event is significantly changed (e.g., venue, date, or time change), ticket holders can request a refund within 14 days of notification of the change.

2. Venue Hire Refunds

2.1 Cancellation by the Hirer

  • If you wish to cancel your venue hire booking, you must notify us at least 14 days before the booking date to receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 14 days of the booking date may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion, depending on whether we can rebook the space.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 14 hours of the booking date.

2.2 Cancellation by Alltwalis Hall

  • If we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., maintenance issues, safety concerns), a full refund will be issued.

  • We will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible and offer alternative booking dates where feasible.

 

3. Refund Process

  • To request a refund, please contact us at enquiries@alltwalishall.com with your booking details and reason for cancellation.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.

 

4. Data Protection & GDPR Compliance

  • Any personal data provided for ticket purchases or venue hire will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR regulations.

  • We will only retain necessary transaction details for financial and legal record-keeping purposes.
